Bright yellow color with vibrant green hues. Very fresh characters of exotic and unripen yellow fruits with some mineral notes. Dense and crispy in the mouth. Its acidity allows interesting food pairings. Refreshing and fruity on the palate.

Ready for drinking this year and during the next few years.
